STEP 1 : ESTIMATE

Fill in the order form free online :
The customer fills in the sending features, indicating :

– the features of the object to be transported (nature, dimensions, value),
– the exact dispatch address and destination (country, post code).

STEP 2 : ORDER

Receive your estimate and finalize your transportation order :
when we have processed your estimate, the customer will receive their transportation estimate by email. They can then complete the order (accepting the estimate)

STEP 3 : PAYMENT

Receipt and payment of your transportation bill :
At the receipt of your bill, the service is payable up front before the transportation.

– The customer can pay online via our website (immediate payment),
– The customer can pay by bank transfer or check (differed payment).

STEP 4 : TRANSPORTATION

Collection and delivery of goods :
We contact the customer to organize the delivery of their goods.
The collection order will prove the care of the goods by the transporter.
The delivery order will prove the delivery of the goods by the transporter to the receiver.
